Crashes during mobile deposits
Constantly crashes while attempting to do a check deposits. One check has crashed on me 6+ times, requiring me to log back in, authenticate, and retry, costing me time and patience. Rebooting phone does not help. I’m using most recent iOS update currently and new iPhone.
Has useful features if it works
The app is currently broken showing error 0014. Has an awkward sign-in & no facial recognition. Mobile deposit and internal transfers have been useful.
A clunky app on its best day
I’m having the same sign in problem another reviewer had. It tells me my password is wrong while I’m entering my correct username and company ID.
Wrong password before I can even enter it
Says wrong password before I can even get to the password entry screen. Very frustrating app
So secure I can’t sign into my own account
Been very frustrated getting this app to work with all the new security measures. Doesn’t recognize passwords and unable to enroll mobile device from the desktop. Is it possible for a bank to be too secure? Yes
