Hard to understand and use
Bills, balance, open amounts, payment information- all very hard to understand and use, including compared to bank and credit card apps from Switzerland and US.

This App is impossible to understand
Why have you made this so complicated? I have to repeatedly call and ask what I owe on the card. I hate this app. It is the most confusing of all the apps I deal with. Deborah Egger

I cannot have 2 cards with different currencies on the card. Customer service was rude and could not understand my issue.
Terrible UI in a time where banking apps need to be competitive
Try to find your invoice. No, the actual invoice. Because you want to pay your bill, right? Click invoices, nope not there, click through and they’ll show all your transactions, but no due date or payment info. For that you have to tap the three lines at the top and go to *that* invoices menu. You’re still not there, because it looks like you’re looking at a balance sheet. I’m sure all this makes sense to the accountants, but they must be using another card, which is what we should do too.
Small improvements and bug fixes. Your digital security is very important to us. Therefore, we will soon only support iOS versions 15 and above.
