Disappointed with Customer services
If you are interested and ready for FAST PACED and VERY HEADY... requiring focusing on everything spoken and open to 80+ videos amounting to 200+ hours of spoken word with limited notes or written texts to follow along by... you might or might not follow along. I requested for either a refund or preferably to PAUSE my purchased account since I freshly had experienced a concussion a few weeks after purchase. Customer service did not listen or pay attention to my statements of concern of MY CAPACITY to ‘follow along’ with trainings. They NEVER paused my several hundred dollar purchase and NEVER focused on me nor my statements of my concerns about MY ABILITY to participate and especially to follow along. Customer service NEVER LISTENED attentively like I was expected to. Out of over 80 videos I never completed 1 full video because primary trainer consumed 3-4 shots of espresso and then talks very fast partly rambling and rarely following a syllabus or set schedules training! I asked to PAUSE for good reasons and was ignored and my request was never received or otherwise understood. Sure they extended my ‘membership’ but I asked to PAUSE IT not extend it, because I was injured and could never reach someone for a support call. They called for a requested call from a blocked number and never left a message with Phone number for follow-up and just one disappointment after another for a injured guy with a gnarly concussion. Support needs allot of work... must consider a clients perspective versus only the trainers methods. When I said I needed to pause I should have been respected and membership pauses and NOT extended! WHY? Because I was unable to participate! Lack of consideration for me📉 end consumer. Why dispute with credit card when provider could just honor a request. Zero voicemail or otherwise effective email follow-up, and not up sales when original purchase was pathetically supported! Follow up with me... why must I post frustrations and negative reviews to get attention? I feel disrespected
