I have been with them over 4 years, i submit loads daily and have at least 1 issue a week. You can never speak to the same person, let alone get someone who speaks clear English. When it comes to us the carrier, TBS does not care. Also i was promised a better rate then 4% time after time still nothing.
WORST FACTORING COMPANY
We are currently on a contract with them and we pay them 4%. Included in that 4% they stated they would pay us no matter what, which was a big lie on their part. Not only do they owe us a lot of money, but the workers do nothing about it and I am tired of calling and having nothing being done. They don’t even tell us when they deem a load ineligible so we can try to fix it. We WORKED for that money and they refuse to pay up or even tell us why they haven’t.

Worst Factoring service ever
I have been with TBS over 6 months now and it’s by far the worst company ever if you are look for Great Customer Service this is NOT the company to go to!! They barely respond to emails the customer service representatives have no clue what they are good at factoring loads that’s it that’s all!!! But it more that that to this!

Unable to submit schedule
Since I updated the app I have not been able to submit any of my loads.

The new app is trash. It doesn’t allow you to submit loads.
We fixed an issue with monthly totals. This data should begin showing in the dashboard.
