Pending transactions
There are too many incidents of pending transactions when making transfers on your mobile app. The purpose of the mobile app is defeated if payments cannot be made with any confidence that they will go through.
Fail!
You guys are increasingly becoming very useless by the day. Too many failed transactions without the reversals coming through. Very disappointing!

Works very well, but can be improved
The App works very well, but has a significant limitation for customer transaction narration. There is not enough room on the narration cells for transaction description thus limiting the possibility of transaction recall by the customer. Many other banking Apps provide adequate room in the Narration Cells for entry of transaction description. This works well for audit trail and book-keeping catch up. Can the IT people kindly look into this? 2) Why has the BANK now taken off email and telephone number details of account officers? Neither do these account officers make backend effort to announce themselves to key private customers so that they can serve them more directly. 3) Platinum account holders deserve to be granted a direct access to their Account officers. The customer care access only resolves general problems of PIN number, App lock etc , but questions on interest rates on term deposits, investments abd placement of investments need a more direct attention and service.
