Expenses: You can add expense down to the specific time in the day, location where the purchase is made, scan the receipt as neat PDF and set a category of the expense. You can also export all the expense data including the receipt PDFs in the export screen. Assign a budget for each specific category and view your current spend in a monthly view. Trips: You can track the mileage automatically by clicking 'Start Tracking' icon in the Tracking screen. It stores specific GPS coordinates which can be exported to a comma separated file (CSV) which can then be imported to an excel spreadsheet or opened in Numbers app in your Mac. Fillups: You can store the gas fillups of our vehicles and store odometer reading, price per gallon, number of gallons, trip distance from the last fillup and the date & time of the fillup. You can also store the gas station location where we filled up and also store the photographs of the receipt. Finally you can export all the fillup data along with all the images. Events: You can store events that happen in your life which are not related to spending such as you got your first job, you are able to payoff a credit card or any kind of event which you want to save. For events you can take a photo, pick any existing photo, scan a document using your camera, pick any existing PDF documents you want to save. Have been using this app for the past 6 months and this is the best track everything app. Period. Here's why: 1. You can track your expenses upto the minute when you made your particular purchase. 2. You can see these expenses in a calendar view and at a glance you can see exactly what you spend for any given month. 3. As part of storing these expenses you can save the receipts in the app itself and app stores these receipts as pdf files which is so easy to display and share if you need to return something. Also you can store multiple files for a transaction which is useful sometimes of you want to store say a vehile repair invoice. 4. You can see how much you spent for each category of the expense or you can actually search for specific store and get the totals you spend in a particular store. This is incredibly useful as it searches for all the transactions you have on your phone. 5. You can see your expenses in a map for a month. This is the best feature I like in the app. Even if you don't remember the date you can actually look for the store in the map to find the transactions for that particular store. Simply superb. 6. You can keep track of all your vehicle miles along with other details such as price, number of gallons, mileage of your car etc. 7. If you want to keep track of your drives you can store the specific location you have been using GPS tracker which is build into this app. You can actually export the specific GPS points you where as part of your drive (but this involves upgrade). 8. There is no logging into anything or providing any access to anything. Everything is stored locally on your phone. 9. Adding transactions is super easy as you can copy over previously entered transactions by searching for them. Over a period of years bought lots of apps which doesn't even fully provide some of these features. Simply put if you want an to track your expenses, receipts, fillups this is it.

I use this app every single day and I love it. It is super easy to use and they even updated it for sideways use after I reached out and recommended it. Which is above and beyond! It’s worth the few dollars to unlock unlimited tracking also.

I use this app every single day and I love it other than I cannot turn the app sideways to use my keyboard I have for my iPad. I really hope you can fix this in a future update as it would be a lot more user friendly.

Needs work, taking a picture does not automatically add information. Also, adding a new category does not give the option to choose the picture for the category.
