Terrible App
Won’t let me login with correct information and won’t let me scan for facial recognition. This app needs some serious work.
Always has problems
Don't waste your time with this app. I constantly had to reinstall the app or call Superior National because I got locked out due to the app not recognizing my password. Just use their mobile website.
Won’t recognize Face ID
The newest update to the app won’t allow the Face ID to work. Would be great if this was fixed.
Great features but also a lot of issues.
This app has great features such as being able to shut off your debit card and block different transactions based on location etc. however, most banking apps now have these features. The issue I’m experiencing is that I cannot use my thumb print. Every time I set it up, the next time I log in it makes me set it up again and I have to type out my password. Also having to go through the “new features” every single time I log in.
Really disappointed.
The mobile app for SNB-T used to be my favorite app but this last update is really disappointing. There is no longer a way to go back in history to check transactions and it's not as user friendly as it used to be.
