Lot of bugs
Add card to Apple Pay feature doesn’t work and is broken. No option for sms OTP and call center has no clue how to fix. SMS OTPs don’t auto fill. App needs to be updated to enable this.
Can’t verify EID
The app is not going past the ID verification step. I tried many times but it gets stuck on the verification button and I can’t do proceed with opening an account. Other features work fine. Please look into this issue and fix it.

Terrible OTP is not auto typed, you have to TYPE the OTP YOURSELF!! Terrible App… ADIB app is amazing!
Worst banking app ever
I have never used anything as bad as this app.. I can’t even log in with face recognition. I have to manually input my username and password Everytime, and that was fine, until recently they had to act smart and release an update where I have to use Face ID to confirm a transfer.. there isn’t even an option to switch to OTP or any other method. JUST Face ID. And my Face ID works just fine with every single app on my phone, and Apple Pay, and even unlocking my phone, except with this app it doesn’t work. I tried calling customer care but they’re always busy 24/7 and I never get call backs. It’s gotten so bad I’ve opened another bank account and I keep my funds there, and the only reason I still use this bank is because even closing an account is a hassle. Even 1 star is too generous. If there was a negative rating option I’d give it. this bank would win the “worst bank ever” award if there was one..
