App tệ khỏi phải bàn. Đăng ký thủ tục rườm rà chậm chạp. Đợi đăng ký xong chắc vợ đẻ đc 3 đứa luôn rồi.

Terrible UX/UI. Terrible support.

Insanity inducing custom keyboard. No support for password manager. Can’t even copy and paste. The website version is a disaster too. How this piece of garbage software remains in this state for so long for a bank of this size is beyond me. To the app author’s reply: Dear management, I don’t want to call your phone number to complain about your app.

Một trong những ứng dụng ngân hàng tệ nhất thế giới

Thao tác đăng nhập dài dòng, luôn hiện bàn phím ảo “cùi bắp” của Ngân hàng. Mỗi lần đăng nhập internet banking trên máy tính thậm chí còn tốn thời gian hơn khi phải di chuột từng kí tự trên bàn phím ảo khó chịu đó. Dịch vụ ngân hàng cũng “cùi bắp”. Khách hàng lâu không chuyển khoản trên hệ thống thì ngân hàng tự ý khoá không cho chuyển khoản nữa với lý do bảo mật. Thua xa các ngân hàng Việt Nam khác.
