SF Helpline

To ease customers, we have developed the SF Helpline application, which contains the following functionalities.
- Nearest branch location based on current location of the customer.
By selecting nearest available branch customer can  make a call to the particular branch.
Missed Call Service
SMS Service
Using Missed Call Service, customers can get the details such as statement of transactions (SOT) and payments made by them on their registered mobile numbers by giving a missed call to the service number as provided by the company. 

Using the SMS service, customers can update their profile information such as email address and mobile numbers.

SF Helpline app facilitates our customers to view SOT and payment details instantly and modify the profile information through mobiles instead of visiting branches personally.

SF Helpline application is developed based on the requirements provided by our client. It is a very useful app to our customers as they get their information on their mobiles.
