Mobile deposits are always down after midnight. What’s the point of a app if it’s never working when you need it! Very frustrating! Been with SDCCU for more that a decade and I’m thinking of moving banks. The lack of technology is ridiculous at this point in time.

Half the times I try to deposit a check—which is the most useful feature for me—the deposit function is “currently unavailable due to system maintenance.”

The app is grossly dated and clunky. It also doesn’t link to Credit Karma. I don’t like using the app and I’m glad when I’m done. Please read the reviews and invest in a more modern app.

Been Waiting and Waiting and Waiting for a simple iPad update to allow it to work AGAIN in Landscape mode on an iPad. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make it rotate in Landscape mode. BTW, Love SDCCU as a credit union!!! Excellent services and people who work with you to move forward in one’s life.

This is literally the very worst app ever! It is NEVER up and running. I’ve even complained to the bank about it and their response is ‘oh, really?’ They could careless. I gave it one star because at least they have an app. Otherwise it’s just a useless waist of money.
