14.13.0.21 Your mobile deposit changes broke something
I have been using mobile deposit to deposit a quarterly investment check for four years. No problems. But after being forced to upgrade iOS and your app today, the photos of the check (same check stock as always) are not accepted, saying “can’t read the numbers at the bottom of the check”. I’ve tried many times, manually and auto, but still get that message. Please have your developers check this out, something is definitely not right.
App won’t update
I use an older phone but apparently this app requires a new phone. Will be transferring my account. Haven’t been happy with it since my transfer was forced anyway.
Lot information
When showing lots it also needs to show % gain/loss for that lot.
Needs usability improved
Every time I check in on my portfolio I have to respecify the sort order I want. Automatically saving this or allowing me to set the default order I prefer would address this issue. Managing alerts is not easy but not sure what would improve it.
I miss td ameritrade’s app
I can’t find the information like I could we TdAmeritrade. CS is not as intuitive or simply lacks the information. Either way, I’m not finding it and I’m not happy.
So much worse than TDA
This app is actual garbage. I loved the TD Ameritrade app and am now stuck in this hellish Schwab interface. It’s like it was made to torture me with each attempted trade. It’s impossible to monitor stocks, the options chain is clunky, and I can’t see information like greeks. Please try to recreate the TDA interface that you bought.
Generally good, but...
I'm a former TDAMERITRADE client and now have been transferred to Schwab. The Schwab Mobile app is pretty good generally but I do miss one small detail that should be easy to remedy; I would like to see the market status (e.g. OPEN, CLOSED, CLOSED FOR XXX HOLIDAY, etc) displayed on my summary home screen. Thank you.
