handicapped - no wifi support - no browser support
SCB took away all internet banking, no browser support at all and replaced it all with with this poor app that only works via G2-5 dataplans. Tied to a single sim, bad for travelers and anyone that loses a phone out of the country. Globally handicapped.
Prompt Pay Issue
The app was unable to process my Prompt Pay registration process. Please help.
Don’t upgrade to ios17
Doesn’t work on iphone 15 on ios17. You can’t access any parts of the app that use faceid

Never works when you need it. Requires a facial scan (not FaceID but some insecure bank method)

Ease of activate after switching to new phone
Hi Developers, hope you had a good sleep. Please make your app work after phone switch. Here is the problem. You can’t login with 2 sims, you can’t login if no mobile data on your registered sim. Can’t login via Wi-Fi. What the heck, don’t tell me it’s security reason. This is stupidity and bad user experience
• Add transaction history feature under investment tile allowing you to fully review the past mutual fund purchases
