App is full of maintenance notices, fraud warnings, spams notification Equities area is very slow and have been giving error to load for a week.

Horrible and lacks basic usability and common sense
Very hard to find any features such as card management etc..and i keep finding one or the other issue more in use it..best one was - app was showing more $$ than i had but fail when i make any transaction or transfer…the new one is - when i try to make local transfer it asks to validate the transaction by approving while i am in the app and no pop up comes..so how do you approve when the current screen is blocking or you abort current transaction. does someone really tests these apps ?

No UI Testing done
Did anyone even bother testing the app on actual phones? Because essential buttons do not respond to touch inputs. This is what happens when you outsource everything to save a buck. Pay peanuts and get monkeys.
Worst Bank APP ever
It wasn’t the most functional app but I know where to find what I need. Now this new UI, I’m lost and probably only SC know where to find info. I just wonder if this is your way to make us talk to your very laidback and irresponsible RM who keeps changing any other day. Pls rework and keep things simple. Don’t ask your bankers for inputs; ask your customers.
Sack the app development team
How to make a simple transfer so…. complex.. I don’t even know how to do a PayNow transfer with the new interface. Stop wasting your money and just make it simple. Lousy lousy mobile banking app.
