App never works
Continually having problems with accessing the app, even with correct usernames and passwords. Have done troubleshooting with the bank and still have intermittent issues. Very inconvenient when trying to move money and pay bills at the right time and not being able to access your accounts.

I loved this App until IPhone 12 made an update and no longer recognizes my log in creditors. After dealing with it for 6 months and Peoples not able to correct it, I believe fault lies with Apple who says it is Peoples problem. I can only use the app on my husbands phone now after he logs in. So it’s Great but not if you have IPhone 12

Simple to use, first time I transferred funds from my savings account to my checking account, I couldn’t believe how simple it was. Peoples bank has been the easiest bank over all I have ever dealt with by far!

App continually crashes or continually asks for verification, many times even on the same day. For two days now, app will not let me log in and says “temporarily unavailable”. This issue has been on going for years.
