Good app but occasional problem
This app usually works just fine but sometimes it sends me two notifications to my email at the same time. That is a bit annoying but it usually is reliable and helps me a lot. And saves me a lot of time.

I have always been pleased with Orion FCU. They have provided me with exceptional service over the years, including online banking and the app I recently downloaded. What earned my complete loyalty with Orion, was when my accounts were frozen by one of my creditors. Orion contacted me and notified me about the freeze the day it happened. Nothing I could do to stop it, yes - the freeze was warranted. However, that timely notice provided me with the opportunity to pause my deposits and make other arrangements. Everything was straightened out eventually. Thank you Orion!

Can anyone explain to me the point behind having a savings account for over four years with $29 in it that you cannot access from your app, atm card, or via your other banks? Ohh yeah, your entire banking experience on the web or the app is 99% restricted to where you can sign in and see your money that you cannot use. You also don’t have access to your monthly statement or any chat support features in case you wanted to inquire about your fictional $29, and if you dare to decide to call the main office every month for one year straight to speak to a real person, you will be routed through the entire gauntlet their system has to offer while being reassured there are no issues to be handled. Wow, last thing.. this is it, I promise! When you ask them to close your account and send you a check via snail mail so you can finally bask in that fictional $29 and all of its glory — you remember, the $29 that wasn’t gaining interest or even any dust bunnies over a four year stretch of the worst banking nightmare one could ever wish to be apart of? They won’t send it, and you will still be at square one. THIS PRACTICAL JOKE OF A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IS STRAIGHT TRASH; NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND CERTAINLY NOT YOUR MONEY!!!
