I have m&t banking & USAA banking & navy federal and Nortwest is by far the worst online banking service I’ve ever dealt with. I’m getting ready to close all my accounts!

This app is the main reason I would leave Northwest. I’m constantly having to reconfigure my facial recognition because it just stops working. I get errors almost daily where I can’t see my balances. I always make sure I’m using the latest software versions and it’s still just awful.

I’m mid forts and have grown up with apps this app is not customer friendly at ALL. Call branch to make a payment on loan “sorry sir we can’t take a loan payment over the phone.” Oh my god can’t wait to refinance. Customer service rep acted like she hears it every day and doesn’t care. Just terrible experience so far.
