Hi Guys! I wanted to take this time & opportunity to say Thank You for your hospitality when I came in to open my own Personal Banking Accounts. I realize my account goes a little crazy, up & down, on keeping a good, clean, account. It is my sole attention to stay in great standing with NEFCU. I’m about to start going through a divorce & it’s not a cheap process, plus an emotional one. Bank has gone downhill since the merge. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. The app is awful- your totals don’t show correctly, your charges don’t come out for days they disappear from pending and still don’t show up in charged. Absolutely awful.
