All you get is technical error and an app that is shoddy and a hindrance to any business

This app needs some serious addressing. It stops working once a week where I have to redownload and re register the device. This if very frustrating and extremely pathetic service from a so called banking giant like Nedbank. I have spoken to other Nedbank account holders who use the app and most have the same issue. When running a business the last thing we need is inefficient and unreliable tools like this. Wake up and give us a better working app please!
Navigation Tour de France
Just simplify the navigation on this app and it will be useful. I think there is more navigation than functionality on this app lol
Needs an update
When is this app getting an update ? All the other banks mobile banking is much more user friendly
Maintain beneficiaries broken
No idea where to log bugs in the app (app support link takes me to nedbank brochure page with no obvious support function). Maintain Beneficiary function is broken and just throws Technical Error for each beneficiary selected.
Bloated and Unintuitive
Figure out what this app is for and then make it great. The app is currently a jack of all trades but a master of none. Take a page from ABSA's book. Their app was just as bad (if not worse) than this one, they've reinvented it through simplification and now it's a joy to use. You must figure out how to do TouchID too. Ask Discovery or ABSA for help if you're unsure.
