Poor server
In the last 7 days, I may be faced 3 times server down issue and it is a common issue which they didn't fixed at least for more than a year. Not sure if there was the issue before I started using Nagad. This is definately very bad and they should fix it real soon
Very Poor Customer Service
So I set up my own Nagad account and I called them twice prior to sending fund on my Nagad account, but sadly no one ever picked up. I called during office hours. So, now I am very skeptic about my Nagad account and I also feel really bad about providing them my personal information which I am sure that a company like them will misuse.
Needs radical improvements
Please focus on UX and make sure it is well interesting with services.
