Unable to add pass the Add new Device option!!!
Cannot login from my iPhone as the new device OTP screen doesn’t pass to the next page. So no OTP and cannot verify the login process! Please fix it!
Very, very frustrating
The app doesn’t perform well at all. The registration process is extremely frustrating. Right now, I’ve pressed the Login button some 50 times, didn’t work. I deleted and reinstalled the app, and now the submit button doesn’t work. These are basic UX problems that remain unresolved.

Very Bad
am facing problem to complete MYPRIME app registration in my iOS device after OTP arrives. When I put the OTP in to field and press Submit button it does not do any response. I have sent email to corresponding Authority what they have send me in reply was a manual . But this is not the solution I guess.
