What is P2P Marketplace ?
P2P Marketplace (like Monexo) originates different class of borrowers after carrying out due-diligences across borrowers (a) ability  (b) identity and (c) willingness.
These loans are fractionalized in units of Rs. 1,000 for our investors to participate and build a portfolio of loans earning 2X of Fixed Deposit.

How does my money in Monexo generate income ?
Your money is invested in unsecured loans. These Borrowers repay their loans on daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. These repayment / EMI have 2 components - Principal and Interest. 
The collected interest is collectively your income.

How do I understand which Loan to invest ?
Monexo groups loan in 3 risk bands:
1. Conservative Risk (C)
2. Medium Risk (M)
3. High Risk (H)

What return % can I expect across the risk bands ?
Monexo's aim is to deliver 2X of Fixed Deposit return per annum to our clients. In the current environment we look at delivering 13% p.a. return on your investment.
Please note - Higher return come with Higher Risk. RBI does not allow this as a guaranteed return product.

What are the key features on Monexo Platform ?
Monexo has various features, let us take each of them explain:
1. Monthly Income Plan (MIP): In this feature clients receive the collected interest in their bank account. If you are investing Rs. 10 lakhs - you can expect Rs. 10,000 monthly income (Rs. 120,000 per annum) for your regular expenses. 
2. Auto-Invest: Here you can give instruction to Monexo system to invest on your behalf on new loans.
3. Systematic Investment Plan (SIP): Investing is a habit. We encourage you to invest every month through this automated debit instruction to pull the money for investing in new loans.

How long is my money locked-in ?
You are choosing loans to invest in with different duration / tenure. Most loans pay on a monthly frequency. Ex: If you invested in a loan Rs. 1,000 for 3 months you will receive Rs. 400 as EMI for next 3 months.

Can I withdraw before the loan term is over ?
Yes, Monexo has a redemption option for loans which have not yet completed its term. However, would you like to redeem a high return product - before you close your low return product.
