Kan ikke logge ind
Jeg har prøvet appen men kan ikke logge ind fordi man skal bruge service kode og jeg har lavet den om flere gange, men jeg kan stadig ikke logge ind
Can’t login
App crashes every time I type in my password. This app is still not working on iPhone X, sep 2020 still waiting for answer
Limited functionality
Ability to categorize is removed. Developer response is that it’s not yet possible. But it was possible in previous versions? Categories are visible next to each chronological transaction, but they cannot be displayed in groups or applied in any useful manner to give an overview (which would seem like a main point of such a feature.) Overview is limited to a one month period from today’s date (does not show from first day of month to last day) and cannot show anything more than one month old. The original app was award winning, why fix what wasn’t broken?
You listen, to whom ?
New frontpage design claiming you listened... Wonder to whom... Basically you removed the frontpage. Now my financial information is laid bare to whomever can see my screen should I dare to open the app while in public... Please have the decency to have a frontpage with customizable info/shortcuts ... This a huge fail and I think I need to ask Apple to give half or quarter stars as 1 star is too much and zero too little as it seems some functions in the app do work.
Works great
I was a bit reticent to install the app when I saw all the bad reviews, but I gave it a try and it’s actually pretty okay. It serves the purpose of a NetBank pretty well. I’m very happy with it. Oh, and I love the shake phone for logout option.
Kategorisering af omkostninger
Hvorfor er denne feature væk? Jeg kan ikke længere i appen om-klassificere udgifter men kun som de selv bliver tildelt (ofte forkerte grupper). I netbanken er det stadig muligt hvilket er super fjollet og ødelægger overblik når man ikke kan via sin telefon mere Yderligere konstant ‘teknisk fejl’ når man prøver at logge på og virker sjældent selvom man prøver at logge ind flere gange både med kode og eller face id.
Can’t login
Ever since this new version went live, I have had trouble logging in. It accepts my code but then just churns and churns logging in until I finally get a “technical fail”. It fails more time than it works and I can never check my balance on the go. Pretty useless. I would rate it zero stars if possible. Quite poor for such a large and well-known bank.
No more unintended logoffs when making dance videos! We admit it. The option of logging off by shaking your smartphone was better on paper than in reality. It was certainly not very popular. We are therefore retiring the feature and at the same time using this April update to give the ‘Menu’ design a small facelift. We are also looking forward to the next updates, one of which will make keeping track of your bills even easier... Kind regards The Mobile Banking Team
