This app doesn’t work.

I can’t depend on it working all the time. I tried everything and now I have to take the extra time to manually add. As a working mom and will babies this is frustrating since I pay a whole year subscription and don’t get the full the service as I should

This ap stopped working about three months ago. it is sporadic and gets dates and trips wrong. I thought it was me and my phone settings. Drove me crazy. i finallyreached out to their customer service and they said they knew it wasnt working right. They offered me a partial refund for the subscription. Really. how about the two months of milage reimbursement. They should have notified their customers as soon as they knew it wasnt working. DONT USE THIS AP

The last six months this app has not tracked well at all. It has been an up hill battle to get it to track. Worked so well for years but these last six has been annoying.
United StatesFaithful user for years-no it’s useless
I have been a faithful user for several years. During that time it has provided automated mileage tracking. That has been extremely useful, and helpful. However, late in 2023, the software stopped tracking trips of any kind. I understand this is a that came to light with the release of a new iOS version. Since that time, no fix has been forthcoming. Every time I open the app, it crashes. Even participating in the testing program “TestFlight”, no fixer improvement has been apparent. I will change my review when the problem is fixed. If it is not fixed by the time, it’s time to renew, I will change products and never come back.

I have used Mile Catcher for several years with only minor problems. A few months ago, it stopped tracking trips completely. I have tried all the instructions to try to get the app to work, but nothing helps. Very disappointed. Will not renew my subscription. My benefits software has an app that calculates mileage between addresses, so will use that instead.
