have to change my password almost everytime i want to log in. so annoying.
Really annoying
I’m canceling everything with this bank because I can never log in. I don’t see the point in setting a password when you force me to change it 20 times a year. This is the only app or bank that requires me to do that and I will be moving all banking to my others. You guys should really figure out how everyone else does it and improve your system or you will start to wonder why your client base isn’t growing.
Review of App
It is convenient to have a banking app. It would be nice if this one was updated. Face ID is inconsistent, at certain times the app is updating or something and does not allow login. Navigation, compared to other banking apps or credit card apps, is not simple. Just overall needs to be updated and have bugs worked out.
MCCU
Have not been able to open app with my iPhone for 2 weeks now. Constantly crashes. Extremely annoying. Please update for iPhone 8.
Unreliable
Randomly locks you out of your account by saying it can’t verify your information or saying you aren’t connected to the internet. I’d love this app if they could just make it more stable.
iOS 14
Super late to the party. App doesn’t work, been waiting for an update ever since iOS 14 dropped and having to use web based version for online banking. Super inconvenient.
Lazy security creates annoying experience
I’m going to close my account with this bank for one reason. Every time I want to check my balance (not super often since it isn’t my main account) I have to change my password which is a pain in the neck. I will end up going months without checking my balance or using the account because of this. Out of all apps, all online accounts and all banks I work with this is the only one who doesn’t understand how to do 2-factor authentication and they are creating a repeatedly annoying experience. Please fix your security to provide protection without making it difficult to use. If your app developers tell you this is the best way, you definitely need a second opinion. Best of luck figuring this out and retaining members.
