Very Glitchy of an App
Invested $100 for fun. Lots of the features on the app doesn’t work. Still have contracts pending from weeks ago. The app doesn’t let you withdraw your money. Huge yikes of an app. Cool concept though but need lots of development before people start putting money in it.

Reconsider when looking to invest in the app. I have invested over $4000. Everything was doing good and getting better. I was up $600 and was receiving $8-$15 in dividends. As I was waiting for my properties to enter the trading stage to where you can buy or sell. All of the dividends ended right before that phase. Then as soon as the property switched over to trading phase it instantly dropped 50 percent in share price. Every single property does this. I have seen 2 Florida properties that increased before trading phase. I had to take a hit on $2000 worth of shares as I waited a year and still it wouldn’t let me sell shares. By the time they sold I lost half of my initial. I still have another $2000 that I will never see. As Landa now has a coming back soon tab on every property. Meaning thanks for your money now just sit tight while we use it to benefit us only. If you want to test this out I wish you the best. But there’s a 50/50 chance you get your money back or at-least break even. Dividends will start out good and once they get you hooked on that property the dividends ether stop paying or loose 80 percent of value.
