How it works:
- Enter your account's current balance.
- Enter your bills and your income and how often they occur ("bi-weekly", for example).
- Track your balance each week and navigate forward or backward up to 30 years.
- Watch how your spending today affects your account balance in the future, and make spending decisions accordingly.
- Get reminders for bills that are due so you never pay late again.

Easiest way to manage your cash flow
It took me years to to build my own cash flow forecast spreadsheet. Once I found Kualto I no longer need it. Simple to use with great reporting. Having an app on my phone lets me make updates wherever I am. If you don’t forecast your cash flow, you are driving your financial life with your eyes closed. Use this. It will reduce your cash anxiety.

I really liked the app, and it allows me to track/enter all the information I need. However, it gets unrealistic when I’m trying to project a cost 5 years from now without being able to say the price of this service inflates at X%. Additionally why is there a limit on 360 months?

I pay for this service. It has a confusing interface. There is no way to easily delete old transactions. You have to do them all one by one manually. Also, the balance calculations are wrong. This app is frustrating and useless.

I started using kualto in 2018 and at this point I’d be lost without it! It helped me keep my eyes on the prize to buy my house in 2021, and is now helping me save to do improvements. I am not an abstract thinker when it comes to money, and the forecaster helps me see the long term implications of spending today. I need that positive or negative reinforcement every day to help me make good financial choices-and sometimes the good choice is splurge! Kualto has really made me feel in control of my choices and their consequences when it comes to money. And at $60/yr I have to just keep my mouth shut when my friends talk about the cost of YNAB or in-person budgeting services. The Kualto psychology works for me.
United StatesRepeating transactions list needs a change
I am loving Kualto! Thank you for developing both the app and the desktop version. I feel like my husband and I finally have a handle on our finances. The only thing so far that is annoying is that repeating transactions that I have edited or ended are still listed and can’t be deleted from the repeating transactions list. Why not keep the edited/ended transactions in the calendar for reference, but allow them to be deleted from the list? I have only been using this for a month and already the list is pretty long. Having the list continue to get longer and longer just makes it very sloppy. I want clean and simple, and the longer the list, the sloppier and more annoying that page will get. Please change this. Or at least separate the transactions by “Active” and “Archived” if you have to keep them on the same page for coding purposes. Keeping them separated would make the page much cleaner. Thank you!
