UPI fails and shows as successful.. Couldn’t do any transactions to any other account..Bugs everywhere..
Unable to enter OTP
Hi Team, After entering account details, unable to edit otp, which makes no sense. Kindly fix this bug, as there is no Internet banking option for IPPB, mobile banking is more important and necessary one.
Not a user friendly
This app cannot compete with other bank apps. Bugs in every step . Not user friendly . It is still better than old style of post office transactional processing.
Not able to transfer
I’m not able to transfer. It’s asking me to update the app but the App Store version is same that I have on my phone
Buggy software
After entering the account number, customer Id, DOB etc, it is giving one prompt that “slow internet connection”. (We are in a high speed internet connection). After filling all the security questions, OTP generation time is only 30sec(please increase this time), OTP unable to enter. When filling OTP from auto fill form, it is not working. Please fix the issues as it is difficult for people like us who are staying outside the country. Please create a website as well, so that people instead of fully dependable on this software can use that for transactions.

Worst app ever used. OTP screen is disabled. Based on the previous app review history, it appears that the issue exists since sometime. It seems like the concern developer who implemented has left the organization without knowledge transfer 😂😂😂
