I believe this is wrong I was approved for only 1,000 credit limit and I have good credit and several credit cards in my wallets not sure how long I will have this card open

Imprint HEB
I like shopping with HEB but using the credit card is difficult. I’m 93 and do not get out often. Going to the post office to mail the payment is difficult. Paying on line as I do other bills makes the payment late. I will not use the card again.
Paying bill
The billing difficulties of my account in reading charges , payments and online only statements. Sold on savings not seen. H‑E‑B needs to separate from this operator to maintain too customer relations.
App doesn’t Load Anymore
The app worked fine for a few weeks and then it hasn’t been able to load my account information anymore. And it would be nice to be able to redeem cash rewards in store but it doesn’t offer that option.
Surprisingly awful CC app
In this age of electronic banking, this app is astonishingly inefficient uninformative and terribly frustrating. An electronic transaction that takes two days to clear, payments failing with no information as to why this happened so that I could address the issue. Thank heavens they have good customer services via phone (actually got to speak with a person!!) If you don’t have to use this app? Don’t! I was faithfully contacted by the developers. Kudos. However there is no excuse for a financial app to be so lacking in features that it is rendered useless.
