It allows them to easily and quickly generate Buyer Estimates and Seller Net Sheets from their iPhone and iPad. HTCAgent ONE also allows the user to fully customize email/printouts for their clients. We offer a free 30-day trial for the monthly and yearly subscriptions. The amount will be charged to your iTunes account. Subscriptions purchased in-app renew automatically monthly or yearly depending on your plan. Plan pricing may vary by country. To avoid renewal, you must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your subscription ends. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings.

Not for all US

It’s only for the state of Colorado. They make you fill out/register with all your info and at the end it lets you “choose” your state, and the only option is Colorado. I feel cheated.

New version crashes

This is a great app and I use it every day. However, after the recent update, if you select "detailed closing costs" the app crashes...every time. Please fix and it goes back up to 5 stars.
