I am completely and totally satisfied and happy with them. They do amazing above and beyond work all the time.
Available funds
It takes way to long for a payment to be processed. A week for hearth to make it available and then another 3-4 days before it can even be transferred into my business account. It’s says your bank bank is processing it and will be made available soon when in all reality, it’s on their end the whole time. It should be transferred automatically over to my business account without any middle man process. Also the system needs to be able to be updated more timely and allow for a “scrub” to be done so that you don’t have all this random old or cancelled information on your dashboard. A much cleaner look is a personal preference and should be made available to do so.

Buggy software
Constantly run into issues with the software. Face value the functionality and features look fantastic. They just don’t ever work 100% of the time constantly retyping out all types of issues. The cost of this product expectations are significantly higher. we will be switching back to Jobber as soon as our subscription ends.
