Highly inefficient systems, wasted 2 days for opening one account. Account wasn’t operational at the end. Issues encountered: - Employees sharing pay-slips through WhatsApp because email system was down (Sharing PII is a big No) - Account cannot be signed up on iPhone - Account cannot be logged in without debit card, even though staff assured me that account will still be functional without debit card. I can’t wait for debit card due flight abroad and nobody else is allowed to receive my debit card. - I cannot update my mailing address for debit card because my permanent address on CNIC needs to be changed first. Pros: - Staff tried their best to resolve the issues. Corporate systems are very outdated. Not suitable for Overseas Pakistanis who send remittances back home

The application crashes when it tries to take picture for fingerprint authentication. Tried deleting and reinstalling application but didn’t work. I am unable to use the HBL Mobile application
