Password reset constantly
This app is constantly saying it can’t validate my information so I can’t log in. Meaning at least once per month I have to reset my password.
Frustrating
App works fine for awhile, then suddenly forgets your info and won’t let you log in because it doesn’t recognize you. ?? I got a message by clicking on the app before I even tried to log in that it didn’t recognize me. I’m using the same device I always use. Then, there is no way to recover your screen name either (even though I know my screen name, but decided to double check since it’s suddenly disappeared and not working) and the provided link only results in an email that says your info is not recoverable. Seems very amateur and I can’t say I like not being able to access my account.
Needs updating
The amount of times I try to open this app and have trouble logging in or just get a white screen is so annoying. Last update was 3 months ago? I want to utilize this app as it is more accessible than the website… but is it?
Weak application
This the third or fourth time I have tried to use the Mobil app on my iPhone and been unable to paste my long password into the appropriate field. I then try the same password on my Mac air computer and log in successfully. I just remove the app from my phone. This is a continuing problem which produces a situation where I get bounced out of using finger print log in on my phone. The app rejects the finger print and tells me to log in with my password. It will not accept the password and will not allow pasting. I have removed it from my phone.
Good when it works
App doesn’t get updated as often as needed. Opens to a white screen, deleted and reinstalling did not resolve either
Anti Facial Recognition 😡
Would be really nice if the facial recognition would work on this app.
Horrible
This is the worst app on my phone. It rarely lets me log in on the first try even if I save my password. IF you can log in, every other page tells you to call the CU to complete that action. With offices closed due to COVID, this has to work better.
