User Friendly
All the functionality of online banking in an app!
This app is fantastic! It allows you to perform all the functions you can within online banking, but through an app! I also love that if you do happen to have a problem you can call the bank and the staff is always helpful and quick to get you back up and going! 10/10 would recommend Grinnell State Bank and their app!
Viewing accounts
I like how you can see the remaining amount in the account on a computer. The app does not show you that, but I think it is important and wish you could add that to this app. Thank you for considering!
Bug in the System
I am trying to make a new account and whenever I get to the “additional verification” step my screen is completely white. When I click enroll at the bottom of the screen it says “my session has timed out for security reasons” Very frustrating.
