Why is the app telling me that I need to update to log in but when I go to the App Store there is no update available?

I had it for a while and it was great and it says that my passwords wrong and stuff and now it will just only when I just open the app it would load and then it would have an error and then I push OK and then it kicks me off the app and I won’t even have a chance to type in the password and username anymore when will y’all get it fixed

I thought I was going crazy and documenting my passwords wrong. Nope. Even though it allows my password manager to input the password, it says it is invalid unless I have manually typed it in. Not even copy and paste will work. Not sure if this is a security “feature” or a bug, but with this not working as it should, I don’t think I would open any more accounts or move any over as it is too difficult to check day to day. Once I am actually into the app and not having to call support to have my password reset, again, it does do all the things that I am interested in, but getting to that point is just not worth the hassle.
