App says I’m logged in when I’m not. It tells me to log out and then back in, so I do. But then it gives me the same message. I’ve let it stay logged out overnight with the same message. Ugh!

Doesn’t send you notifications when you have then turned on. It doesn’t show you details of your bill. It won’t remember your password. It crashes quite a bit. It doesn’t do anything that it says it does.

Absolutely terrible! I go all the through, create my account, and when I go to add a payment method, it keeps saying I need to add an expiration date for my card. It’s clearly there!!! So annoying and time wasting

Honestly I would give it 0 stars if possible. GEUS is a terrible company that has monopolized the areas utilities and forces us to abide by outdated terrible prices and policies. This app won’t even let you see your bill. All it shows is how much you owe.

This app is in major need of an update to work with iPhone XS Max. The app is scaled so bad it makes the app hard to view. All the features work well but I’m giving it one star for the lack of updates for newer phones.
