iOS 15.0 Update
This app was amazing until this most recent update requiring a phone with the iOS 15.0 update and now I can no longer access my bank info. I like simply having access to my accounts while I’m on the go now I can’t do that anymore. If there’s a way to fix this so people like me who don’t have iOS 15.0 can access their bank accounts it would be soooo appreciated! Thank you!

There is almost always a problem that you can’t use it. You have to call the main bank all the time to get it fixed. They want you to update it but it just goes in circles saying update now you click that then it says open. Have to call the bank again to have them fix it. I think they put an add out looking for the worst IT personnel for job.

Every single time I’ve attempted to enroll, I’ve been told my information couldn’t be processed. The one time I thought that MAYBE it might have worked, I attempted to login and was unable to do so. I’m not entirely sure what the issue is, but seeing as I’ve been unable to use First United National’s internet banking as well, I am fairly certain the issue is not on my end. And aesthetically, the app is so ugly.
