Worthless
I have a CD with this bank. When I opened it, I downloaded the app and I set up a username and a password. I didn’t check the account for a while. My CD matures soon. So I so I thought I would go into the app to see what it says about it. No matter if I used the username or my email address with my password. It wouldn’t accept it. So I called Customer Service which did answer rather quickly and they reset my password and read it to me. I wrote it down and read it back to them and hung up. I tried to get into my account and got the same message. The next day I try again still no luck. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and I still can’t get it into my account. Luckily while I was on the phone, I said I wanted to take my money out at maturity and they sent me the form which I signed online and sent back. I got a email receipt that they had the form so let’s see if they actually send me my money.
Worst Internet Banking Experience
I have not had a worse internet banking experience with any other bank. They make it so hard to get into your own account. No Face ID so you have to log in every single time with a password. Even then, it’s a hit or miss on whether you will get on or not. When I tried to sign in with my user id online, it gave me a list of random numbers to either call or text. I used the same name and password on the app and it was fine. Geez. My CD is only for 9 months but I will be closing the acct and moving it to some place that allows easier access.
One star app
I wish there was a lower rating, I have been a customer with this bank for more than 9 months, still can’t use FACE ID like any other bank, I have to type it in every time I login, also, good luck if you call customer service, they put you on hold for ever, and if you choose the option of they calling you back, it never happens, they helping other customers!!!
App doesn’t work
I get a error message as soon as it opens.
Horrible app experience
It’s such an antiquated app design that is cumbersome to use and somehow makes me feel like I’m using a glitchy android phone while using this iOS app. Their website is slightly better (but not by that much), so I think it’s a bigger issue than just app experience.
Outdated and limited functionality.
Only shows two months worth of activity on my CD. Uses technology that seems like it’s from the 90s. Not remotely close to a modern digital banking experience.
