Dude
What do you mean iOS 16 required?? Why was it working fine just days ago?? I’m not buying a new phone
This bank NEEDS Zelle!!
I have absolutely no complaints about this company except I really need to transfer and receive money through Zelle and for some wits not possible.

Great team! ❤️
Love this app.
Using this app is easy and convenient. I love it.
Auto draft
No one can seem to tell me if my auto draft is set up
Not a fan of the new app
The old app worked perfectly. This one, when using the app on the phone as well as my check register on my phone, I have to scan my thumb print every time I switch back to the app. The system no longer shows the date of the actual purchase like it used to, but now shows just the date it clears the bank. Can be confusing when there are a lot of transactions for like Apple Pay or Amazon that are the same amounts and I record it with one date but the app now shows with a different. - a .99 apple transaction that could be a few times in a one week span, but all came in with the same date cleared.
Mr.
Harry Powers, I’ve been with First National Bank of Fort Smith for approximately 45 years. I didn’t care too much for the old app but I like the new one VERY much; it makes banking convenient and easy for me. We are moving to Florida in a few days but we have opted to keep our account with 1st National; mainly because of the ease of remote banking using the new app. At this point, I see no reason to leave First National since I can do my banking remotely using the app. Good job guys!
