Can’t understand this
So I’ve had one Firstrade account for a bit and done a couple trades through it but as I was scrolling through the profile options, there’s a section that allows you to open more accounts (similar to fidelity). Naturally, I went to open/fund one because I do like the ability to separate and organize my investments. But after my accounts had been “verified” and “opened”, I went to fund those accounts and it completely locked me out of trading, even my original account! I’ve been trying to sell a couple stocks that I’m holding but I keep getting the message “You do not have permission to trade on this account”. I’ve emailed the company and all I got was a bot email that didn’t help at all. Why have an option to open more accounts if you won’t let anybody use them??
Make it simple
I left Vanguard but left nothing; I left Fidelity but left nothing. I wish Firstrade do anything as simple as possible. Please remove anything that is necessary but seems fascinating…
The efficiency of the service is disgusting. I will never use this brokerage anymore.
I had to set a new ACH account recently, but that is a new-opened account. Firstrade kept asking me to provide the official monthly statement, but it is impossible since I haven’t opened the account for a month. I understand that it is their duty to verify the information, but the worst is I’ve tried every possible way to provide official documents, and they just denied me and I’m not able to access my money in the account. Moreover, every time I tried hard to solve the problem they just putted off and responded me after a week. I can’t believe this is the service of one of the main brokerage companies. For all new users, DONT DOWNLOAD THIS FUXXKING APP.

Link to other apps fails
I’ve been linking Firstrade to other apps for years, but this month the link broke and cannot be restored even after I’m trying to reconnect. This only happens to Firstrade app. All my other broker apps are still working. Please fix it ASAP.
