Problems every 2 weeks
I have had nothing but trouble with this app. Every 2 weeks it says it doesn’t recognize my credentials and I have to call the bank to fix it. I do not understand why this keeps happening but I would love for it to be fixed permanently. I am sick of having to do this!

FIX IT
This is the worst banking app I have ever used. It only works 70 % of the time and my login is NOT wrong. It really aggravates me that I can’t even check my balance without driving to the bank after hours. I thought with the new update this was over. NOPE!!!!
