I get more frustrated each time I try to use this app It does not let me log on the same way each time and I have to do a new passcode every other time I use it Difficult, complicated hard to deal with and wind up having to go to the bank to get info on my account anyway.so, why bother?

50% of the time it works great! Then the other 50%(especially on weekends when you need it the MOST!) it won’t let you in to check your accounts and instead it wants you to call customer service. FOR REAL?! The reason we have apps is so we DON’T have to call and interact with people yo! Get your app together!
