Great app only wish there was a place for a note when paying a bill or making a transfer
Great community bank with strong technology
Using the app is easy with great tech to transfer funds, pay bills, monitor credit score. Also use Apple Pay and alerts to monitor transactions when on the go or traveling. Have used all around the world. Mexico, Canada, Japan, Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, and Slovakia.

The staff here already all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They are always helpful when there issues arise. I really enjoy my banking experience
Horrible app & online banking
I was encouraged by clients & friends to switch, I like the people, but HORRIBLE bank app & online banking. Need to answer security questions every single time even with Facial recognition is beyond frustrating.

Why do the ads need to be so disruptive? Who on the FFCB team thought it was a good idea to slap a huge image of a pontoon boat auction in the middle of banking, that’s in-dismissible? — Update (iOS 14.2 Bug): The below issue has been fixed very quickly. Great app once again. Previous: There is a bug when using Touch ID. On LTE, a popup appears before the Touch ID prompt that’s titled “Network Error” and says: “Could not access required network resources. Please check your connection to the internet.” If I don’t hit the “Retry” button below the popup, before the Touch ID prompt, it’s an endless loading screen loop. Not running a VPN, ad blocker or firewall

NEEDS UPDATED
I really like this bank, but it needs to be updated to work better with an iPhone X, like using FaceID to login, and just overall needs a new and fresh look. I just hope here in the future it can be updated.
