Today is mid-May 2022. My in-laws are a mixed family of both Ukrainian and Russian decent. Transaction fees are to high, for example to transfer $400 you will have to pay $12 transaction fee, meanwhile you can use other fast money transfer companies which will cost you only $5 ( for $400 transfer) and recipient can get the money right into their card in the same day.
