Knowing financial terms and phrases is critical when researching securities as a hobby, but can be very confusing to those of us who don’t use financial terms regularly! Tired of Googling the same terms over and over because I don’t like wearing my hard hat at work, I needed a quicker reference and dummy guide! Removing previous review and writing another. I like the app. There is a lot of information inside it. The app is a good reference for those who are into the financial field, or if you need to learn about something that pertains to finance. That being said, I had a problem with seeing an ad after having paid for the upgrade. I’m not sure if I had, possibly, deleted the app and had not restored my previous purchase before seeing the ad. But I’m not 100% sure. In any case, the developers tried to help by sending me a request for more information. Unfortunately, there was no further information I was able to provide except to let them know what version of software I was using. In conclusion, I’m going to monitor the app for now and see what happens. Then I will add any pertinent information to this review. Thank you.

I am studying for my series 65 and wanted an app that I could quickly look up financial terms that were not obviously clear to me, many of the terms in the financial world I don’t understand as it is a new field. Although I have not had the app long it has been a great help to understand terms that are unclear to most outside the financial world (put,call,debenture etc.) and the fact that it was free to download and search terms is the reason I chose it over Oxford and a few other “name” brands. Thank you!
