App is great gives no problems
Needs improvement
This app is the most complicated thing. Even thought I have the app I cannot change my information from it and still need to log on online. Not only does it not let me change it but for some reason it won’t let me access Zelle without having “a valid address” and when I try to change it online it says I have to call customer support, which I’ve done like 5 times already and they are no help. So now I can’t use Zelle and I can’t even look at what address was added. Needs a fix.

Was not able to deposit the check into savings.

Yes i do have a bit trouble when logging in also, i log in and then it says error or something and i have to type in my user and pw all over again and then it works which is fine, the real problem is using the zelle, it keeps saying “we are currently unable to process your request “ :/
