It’s not terrible
So this is my first review of any app ever. I felt the need to do so because this app could so easily be fixed to work well. After looking at the age of the version app 4 years, it became obvious they the developer never intended to fix or change anything. Simply provide a way to say, yes I’ve provided an online portal. In no way would this app stand a chance in a competitive market place. This is trash 🗑. Fix your bugs and buttons please.

A payment system made to put the payee in extra debt with the payment fees, not post payments on time to accounts & another way the system can do what it does best, make money or profit off the people to enrich themselves according to the logic of corporate America. Good job expert pay for making an unemployed person more broke while enriching the CEO. I wanted to actually give zero stars but no such option. P.S. Child support, instead of giving $$$ to other parent, how about investing that $$$ (fees) into a benefit fund (college fund) that would benefit the child when they turn 18??

Such a terrible app! Just to even click on anything to confirm payment and click to agree, there’s a glitch That I’m sitting there for maybe 15mins or Kors trying to click on the check box!

For a year I had no trouble with this app then 2 weeks ago I couldn’t select my case. Trying to select my case selects and unselects immediately, in the same click. This did not happen before. This is the easiest and least headache way to pay so I hope to see this fixed soon although the last update was FIVE YEARS ago so I’m sure it won’t be any time soon so, thanks for nothing
