Can't use paper trading on here
I downloaded this app to practice my options trading skills with virtual money first. I've attempted to trade with the paper option many times but always get a message that the option isn't available. Maybe it's a good app for other uses but not the one I'm looking for.
Needs improved
My watchlist and quotes often do not load the information. Would like to also see some features that we’ve all has to look at different areas that are graphs and information of sectors in the market. Place in dual orders like we will all those. Where are you can set your stop loss and sell limit with just one click.

Loved paper trading until recent update
Adding on to my last review because I get a fresh screen. I’m using an IPhone 12 by the way, not like my phone is that outdated. I should be able to get a fresh screen, so consider this another issue. I wanted to also report that the stock search appears to not be working well. I searched for Jet Blue and the stock did not show in the search results, I have a screenshot if you are interested. I know the ticker exists because I have an open position. Another frustrating thing that I can’t see an updated quote from my position screen. I would love it you just went back about 3 months when everything was working great! Having trouble closing orders. It used to work great, I just clicked on the open position, selected Close, the app prepared the close trade and all I had to do was modify. Now, I select close and it no longer launches the prepped order screen, it gives me an error saying the limit quant is not filled in. Do then I have to query for a quote, select Trade and manually put in the info. Definitely lost some user friendliness with added steps and feels backwards. Additionally, used to be able to buy and sell, now must sell short and buy to cover, with that change I lost 10 minutes frustrated over why my buy order on my short wouldn’t work… until realized the buy to cover and order went through. I liked it when the app was simple and intuitive. Updates are making it more complicated.
New Version Delayed Connectivity
I’ve been using E-Option paper trading for two years and loved it, until the recent update. When I open the app, it does not connect quickly anymore, also after placing trades the order does not show up in the pending order screen after the trade has been placed. The app is overall very slow now. Not sure if this is by design to prioritize account types, but I would assume that new customers trying out the service would be disappointed with the app performance. Design has always been great, but I really miss the ability place fast trades.
Paper trading doesn’t work
You can’t use paper trading it always says option not available try again later and no one knows how to fix it.. very frustrating since no other paper trading accounts trade options
Needs UI update
It not vary user friendly and buggy haven’t seen a update from them
