Still crashing
This app has been crashing for a month now. Seems there’s no fix in site. Called customer service and no fix. Disappointed.
Inconsistent
Half the time the “View my Card” doesn’t work. Very frustrating.
Good for 2009
App is severely lacking in terms of consumer experience. Slow load times, antiquated user interface, and problematic at least once a month. Only thing it does well is tell me how much is in my bank account, but that rarely even works.
Transactions post slowly
It’s not the apps fault, I guess, but the bank transactions are “pending” FOREVER. It’s noon on Monday and nothing from F, S, S still haven’t posted. Using my budgeting app is much more difficult because the transactions don’t upload to it until they’ve cleared. I get that the bank isn’t open at times, but is that necessary for digital transactions??
