I ordered replacement for my Debit card and it hasn’t been delivered. I tried to reach out to the bank to find out the status of my card but the phone system has only 2 options. First one for replacement and second option for other services but the second option requires providing the Debit card number to proceed which I don’t have. So basically reached a dead end
